College Business & IT Advisory Committee Membership
Broward Technical Colleges are proud to be named #1 in the State of Florida for industry certifications. According to the Florida Department of Education’s targeted certification report, in 2018-2019 Sheridan Technical College, Atlantic Technical College and McFatter Technical College outperformed the State of Florida by over 15%. Broward Technical Colleges led the state with 889 qualifying credentials earned.
Sheridan Technical College (STC) and Sheridan Technical High School needs a representative from your company to become an Advisory Board Member for our Business & IT Web Development Program. We are a part of the Broward County Public School System and is located at 5400 Sheridan Street in Hollywood, Florida. STC provides a wide range of career/job prep programs.
We want you and your company to become part of this great phenomenon. There is a need for qualified entry-level individuals in the Information Technology field of study. This Advisory committee only meets twice per year (once in Fall-October; once in Spring-March). The meetings last an hour during which time you will provide valuable input into the necessary skills needed by entry-level and advanced individuals training to obtain jobs in the area of Information Technology. We value your time tremendously; therefore, attendance can be in person or via web-based conference.
We invite you to share your expertise to help lead Sheridan Technical College (STC) and Sheridan Technical High School in the development of trained applicants that meet the needs of our information technology community.
